The University of Business in Wroclaw participated last week at the Erasmus Teachers training course Entrepreneurial Tools and Competencies.
Trying to adapt to the new post-pandemic life and to enjoy outdoor wonderful weather in Tenerife at the same time, we have turn this training course into a PRACTICAL experience. We visited some of the most remarcable personalities in Tenerife:
The main tangible result of the project will be collection of good practices "Smart Hospitality" and training methodology "Smart Hospitality academy" for improvement hospitality sector employees’ competencies and adaptation them to digital life and Smart Technologies. This Methodology will be used as a practical instrument in the work of adult educators in project partners' and other stakeholders' organisations and also disseminated to wider audience
Learning Outcomes of this experiece:
To learn more about the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs and the principles they follow
To know about several techniques, tips and methods with the help of which they can increase the entrepreneurial skills of their students;
To be able to create a basic business plan;
To learn about different tools to build a brand and to promote a project;
To know more about budgeting of a business/project and ways of starting it up and get incomes to boost it.
